Awaiting departure in the V-Room lounge

Awoke before any alarms this morning! Quite a shockingly good nights sleep. The squeaky bed didn't make so much noise in the end and the bed was comfy enough not to warrant tossing and turning. Refreshing shower and then checked out by 08:15.

We headed straight for the fast track security point and I got frisked thoroughly, as usual (I still haven't lost any of my dodgy appeal it seems).

We are currently languishing in the Virgin V-Room lounge and taking full advantage of the free food, drink, WIFI and very much nicer toilets than you get in the rest of the terminal!

Think we will be staying here until they call our flight :o) I highly recommend booking to have this experience the next time you fly with Virgin, very much more civilised than the usual shenannigans!

Small update, from the boarding gate I sneaked a picture of the plane that was to bring us across the pond to Las Vegas, it was the "Ruby Tuesday" :o)
