Reading to Gatwick

OK, so that was a little too easy. Arrived about 15:10 London Gatwick, spot on time, park up no problem, checked luggage in (no queue!). Walk around a bit and go check into the Hilton. Room was upgraded, which is nice. It's all very shiny and newish. Bed is squeaky though so sleep may be a bit tricky.

This evening involved pretty much lazy milling around and grabbing some food and drink at the local Weatherspoons pub "The Village Inn". The food was a bit *meh* but did the job to fill the emptiness.

The squeaky bed! And no, we haven't been "trying it out"... naughty minded people. It just squeaked when we put stuff on it and then lay on it. A rough nights sleep ahead - and not in a good way!

The set-up I am currently writing all this on. My Samsung NC10 on the side using my 3 Mobile 3G Dongle. Reception is a bit crappy, but it is doing the job for the time being.

Looking forward to getting to Las Vegas tomorrow, not looking forward to the 11 hour flight though.

WIFI access notwithstanding, hope to be announcing our arrival as soon as possible and any updates.
